Frequently Asked Questions

How experienced are your designers?

On average, our designers have at least 4 years of experience. the minimum requirement to join our network is 2.5 years.

How quick is your turnaround time?

Our turn-around time depends on the project and the number of revisions. Usually, it’s between 24 – 48 hours for most projects. More complex design project such as a website/app, landing page, brand & design, infographics, and multi-page booklets will require more time.

What happens if I don’t like my design?

Our platform lets you communicate directly with our designers and also leave revisions on submitted designs. Not every design will be perfect on the first try. We’ll keep refining until the design matches your vision. If we still can’t get it right after multiple attempts, we’ll reassign your project to another designer who’s style may be better aligned with your taste.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The service price is exactly what you pay. All taxes and fees are included in that price.

What does “Website & App design” mean?

There are two components to web and app design:
1. Design
2. Development/Code

We only offer the DESIGN portion of this. When customers ask us to design a website or app for them, the customer will receive a PDF or PSD file.
(A PDF file format that provides an electronic image of text or text and graphics that looks like a printed document and can be viewed, printed, and electronically transmitted.)
(A PSD, which stands for Photoshop Document, is the default format that Photoshop uses for saving data. PSD is a proprietary file that allows the user to work with the images’ layers even after the file has been saved.)
Once the development team receives this type of file structure, the customer must then hire a developer to take our designs and code the designs into a live website.

Will design-mastery create my website?

Typically a website is made when there is a harmonious bond between a designer (design-mastery) and a developer (not design-mastery). The design team will typically create all of the asset files for the website. Deliver all of the files back to you (the customer) in either a PDF or a PSD file. These files will have all of the elements inside the file. You can then take that file directly to your development team so they can then add code and a programming language to the website. This will then allow the website to be a live and functioning website!

Common coding languages that we DO NOT offer:

  • html
  • css
  • shopify
  • elementor
  • javascript
  • php
  • swift
  • scala
  • python

Do you provide wireframes of the UI for review before doing the final interface?

We do provide you with the wireframes you need and with your website/app, we work on portions and work with you/your team as we go.

Can you create a project in another language?

Yes, as long as you provide the instructions in English and all of the content associated with the project. We cannot translate texts.

How do I know my design is trademark and copyright free?
